Our picnic pricing for two guests starts at $275 for 2 hours. Three or more guests makes it a party; each additional guest is $50. Planning a bachelorette party + have a fun theme? Let's incorporate it into your picnic! Planning an anniversary date night? Let's incorporate beloved memories of your relationship in your set up.
Our package includes a luxury picnic table set up with decor customized to your desired look + consultation to plan the logistics of your event. In addition to the picnic table + decor, your picnic set up includes: appropriate tableware with a place setting for each guest, cozy pillow/blanket + pouf seating, bottled water, ice + an ice bucket, assorted picnic games, cafe string lighting by your table, a bluetooth speaker, a customized sign for your event + picnic essentials including: bottle opener, bug spray + hand sanitizer.
We obtain for the permits required by the town for your event. All set up + break down of your event is included, you just relax + enjoy your event! Once you have secured your picnic date, I will confirm your details + logistics for your event, ensuring a smooth timeline so that you can enjoy.
Please note: Catering is not included in this pricing, but the options are endless! Below are optional add ons to enhance your picnic experience. All add ons should be finalized at booking to ensure I can properly plan your event.

if you are planning your picnic for a special occasion, we recommend adding a photographer to capture your event. a photographer is recommended for engagements, birthdays, bachelorette parties, anniversaries, reunions...

what is a picnic without some delicious bites! during our consultation call, we can chat about local companies we have partnered with for charcuterie boards + other sweet treats. we will pick up your order + set it up with your picnic.

adventure book + polaroid camera
we have partnered with The Adventure Challenge to bring their unique experiences to your picnic! their adventure books include "challenges" to create a fun time together! use our polaroid camera during your picnic to start your adventures, then the book is yours to take + continue the fun! there are adventure books for couples, families + friends.
sling back lounge chairs
we offer an addition of sling back lounge chairs to your picnic set up. these chairs can be added for additional seating for guests to kick back + relax.
personalized favors
this add on is a great option for bachelorette/bachelor parties, birthdays + anniversaries. we will provide personalized favors for your event for you + your guests to take home with you. due to the customization of this add-on, prices may vary. let's chat about it during our consultation call!
beach bonfire + sling
lounge chairs
a bonfire + our sling back lounge chairs are a great addition to your picnic. it adds to the relaxing ambiance of the evening. we will provide the permit from city hall, provide wood, set up + clean up the bonfire remnants.

the base price for our picnic package is $275 for 2 hours. to add some more guests to your fèsta, the cost is
$50 per person.
additional time
our standard time frame for picnic events is 2 hours. if you would like to add more time, we will need 24 hours notice prior to your event to schedule clean up time with our team.
floral arrangement
a seasonal floral arrangement can be added to decor set up + at the end of your picnic, the arrangements are yours to take home! florals will be from a local shop + are based on the seasonal floral availability. the cost for floral arrangements depend on the type of flowers you have requested.
boat charter
we partner with reputable charter companies for sand bar charters, day cruises or sunset cruises. the OctoLounge offers an incredible charter service with a max capacity of 13 guests. if you have a larger group, the Sand Dollar is a great charter that can accommodate!
